When someone chooses to delete their Webmaker account (DELETE /user/:id), there should be a cascade effect where all "makes" belonging to that account are deleted across the Webmaker service.

We'll also need to think about what happens to Makes that were remixed from the original. I'm not suggesting that those would also get deleted, but their parentage will need to point to something new as the originator's account would have gotten deleted.
