Steps to reproduce:

First of all im Dutch so i hope you can understand me. I went on puna.nl(dutch site) tryed to play a video. I also went to do a speedtest of my internet connection this also uses flash addon so this doesnt work either. Or when you download something from adf.ly it also doesnt show the commercial. Or every other flash things like games olso doesnt work.

I tried:
Removing internet files(cookies etc.)
Removing Adblock
Removing Flash
Removing Firefox
Install Firefox again
Install Flash again
Setting flash player in protected mode
Disabling other addons



Actual results:

Where the video is supossed to play there is a blank(white) screen and only the sound playes. This is the case with everything that is played with flash addon except for youtube


Expected results:

That the video starts playing

Be sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date.
In addition, try in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode) then with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles)

It's a common issue, probably drivers or hardware acceleration issue, check on Google.

Thank you for your quick comments. Im sorry i changed the priority. I am gonna test wat Loic said. + I forgot to mention that it works fine on IE.

In safe mode it works fine thank you. Can i just keep firefox in safe mode?

I restarted firefox after resetting it. The bug was still there. I disabled hardware acceleration in firefox (Already did it in flash). Now everything workd fine.

It's better to keep HWA enabled in Firefox. Try to activate both accelerations in Firefox & Flash. Does it work with a fresh profile?

Be sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date (check about:support > graphics).

if both enabled (Firefox en flash) it wont work. And my drivers are up to date. 

It does work with firefox disabled en flash enabled!

Question: how to work with a new profile?
