This will involve figuring out how to get to a Thimble session "dedicated" to writing a hacktivity kit; this will likely be only distinguished from regular thimbling based on the link trail that leads to Thimble, rather than the actual content loaded
Current thinking is that we'll implement templating in thimble and surface a UI to let users select these, one of which will be "hacktivity kit" or whatever nomenclature mentor team settles on

I think we've settled on a solution for UX that is pretty simple - adding appropriate meta tags that are then sent to makeAPI as machine tags.
