This adds * Bug 836013: Devices can be forced into a 'troubleshooting' state which doesn't timeout and accepts PleaseRequests * sys._cur_frames logging for bug 817762 and is a non-breaking change.
I've verified that the logging for bug 817762 isn't horribly verbose - it only logs when one of the timeout threads are hung. New version is released and pushed to pypi and hte staging imaging server.
