Description:
In situations, where the user has no access to wifi/cellular data connection the user is unable to delete the FB contacts.

Prerequisite: The user has FB contacts imported on the Inari device.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130417070205
2) Open contacts app
3) Import contacts by signing into FB
4) Go to settings to disable wifi/cellular data
5) Open contact app and try to remove FB contacts (toggle off) 

Actual:
Unable to delete FB contacts when no wifi/cellular data connection is available

Expected:
Able to delete FB contacts when no wifi/cellular data connection is available

Work around: Also, unable to delete FB contacts when airplane mode is enabled.

that's intentional and part of the current UX specs.

user can always unlink / unimport contacts by removing it as regular contacts
