Could we enable nagios checks for talos-linux{32,64}-ix machines, please? the only check we need here is PING.

:arr No, not really. Switch information in Inventory is not consistently reliable and indicative at best, particularly for older hardware :(

This is all brand new hardware, so if inventory isn't correct, you should talk to dcops about that.

Oh, I thought you meant automated way. I am fixing up parents for these servers as we speak :) Already fixed parents for t-w864-ix hostgroup, working on talos-linux now. Switch info is not incorrect but isn't entirely tied well to DNS. Fex, switch1-[0,1].r101-19 isn't in DNS by that name, it's slightly different (switch1.r101-19...). That's also why automation is tricky. That said, I got this :)

talos-linux32-ix-[089-100] is missing most Inventory data. Parents for the rest are added.

talos-linux32-ix-[089-100] have now been racked, cabled, and installed. Please add monitoring for them as well.
