If you're on a very large screen (desktop), you shouldn't see an app's phone screenshots. If you're on a phone, you probably don't care about the app's desktop screenshots. Even if the app is responsive, these shots are not useful to the user.

We should be requiring screenshots/video for at minimum two screen sizes (~qHD, XGA or higher). If they provide more shots of other sizes, we should intelligently show them to the user based on the size/shape of their screen.

Google Play currently does this. An app that's installable on phones, 7" tablets, and 10" tablets requires two screenshots for each form factor.
