I don't think notes app is on the gaia repo, right? (I can be wrong, but it's not on the English repo)

Nope. It's a preinstalled app as part of a partner customization.

For some reason, this bug was whiteboarded on khepera_43772.  Removed that dependency, but added whiteboards.

Not working for me. I just sanity tested this - this wasn't translated to Spanish.

Actually, disregard. I ended up grabbing the old hosted app by accident.
