We want users to be able to publish their content to a sub-domain we host. The domain itself is being decided on in bug #863348, but assume it's floopy.org for purposes of this bug.

When I sign-up to Webmaker, I should be able to specify the sub-domain of floopy.org I want to use, perhaps `humph`:

humph.floopy.org

When I sign-up, and I enter my name, `David Humphrey`, we might start by doing what GMail does, and lower-case it, strip spaces...producing `davidhumphrey`. Ideally we give you the option to change this from `davidhumphrey` to `humph` or the like.

This name has to be unique, and follow other rules we specify(I'm going to file a bug on creating a disallowed-names list in a minute).
