863420 - Add Firefox Facebook Page Threads to AoA

Longshot:

The engagement team is looking for help answering Facebook threads. It may be a good idea to add these comments to AoA so contributors can answer from here. It looks like the Facebook Graph API allows us to do so:

To write on the thread: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/status/

The benefits of doing this:
- Centralized way of helping users with short answers.
- Canned responses
- We can track what comments are answered and which are not.
- We may be able to have a branded account that is the one used to post the answers: i.e. "Facebook Help Volunteers" or similar.

Not a priority, but something to look into and probably a good summer project.

I agree, it would be great to have this. There are number of unknowns here though. If we want to move this forward, we should start with a project page. Here is a template: https://sumo.etherpad.mozilla.org/77

I'm happy to participate if someone starts this, it's not high on my priority list though, we just added @Firefox to AoA. Tracking the progress of that for now.

Like Swarnava said in comment 3, there is an amazing team moderating comments on the Facebook page. There is also no longer a wall on the Facebook page, so I'm not sure if this should still be considered. Pinging Madalina
