Yes :), actually this was already solved on bug 864476, and uplifted to v1-train (but not to v1.0.1).
If you think that this should be fixed on v1.0.1, please set the flag on bug 864476, as I'm marking this one as duplicate.

About bug 865980, I'll answer directly there
