WFM 2001-06-17-20, Win98 Try deleting the entire bin directory and unzipping Mozilla again (reinstall). You can also try making a new user.
I deleted the bin directory and then unzipped the file again: it is still crashing. I don't know how to make another user. If I am the only one that experiences this problem, maybe my plugins are corrupted?

It crashes even after clearing the disk cache. It also crashed with IE 5.5, with an error in a .ocx shockwave file.
