WFM 2001-06-17-20, Win98

Try deleting the entire bin directory and unzipping Mozilla again (reinstall).
You can also try making a new user.

I deleted the bin directory and then unzipped the file again: it is still
crashing. I don't know how to make another user. If I am the only one that
experiences this problem, maybe my plugins are corrupted?

shockwave plugin installed?

It crashes even after clearing the disk cache.
It also crashed with IE 5.5, with an error in a .ocx shockwave file.
