User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130409194949 Steps to reproduce: tnx mozilla. now there is no message to save open tabs, and is supposed to do it automatically; it used to work, now it does not. what happens and what do you want to do when the program tells you 'don't worry, we will save your tabs for the next time you open this again', you thrust it, and when you go back and try to open your tabs they are not there, and instead you just lost them? what would you like to do in this case, if it was you who lost the tabs of some pages that you probably though.. this looks interesting, I have to read them later? Actual results: lost the open session Expected results: the menu option history-> restore previous session should have appeared enabled, and it would have opened previous tabs
Did you have a View source or a Private window when closing Firefox?
(In reply to Aleksej [:Aleksej] from comment #1) > Did you have a View source or a Private window when closing Firefox? Hi. No, no extra windows, view source and no private window. When i started the computer and went to open the browser the next day, the option 'restore previous session' was disabled, even though the previous time I had many open tabs the day before

Or the size of sessionstore.js? Was there a crash, or firefox update prior to startup?
If option 'restore previous session' was disabled, then you are seeing a preferences problem, not a session problem. Sorry you lost data, but since you don't reply, we don't know. So => incomplete But please add more comments if you are able.
1. it was not because of settings. The description of the problem says that sometimes it happened, sometimes it did not. I was not changing the settings about session restore and saying, yes, it did happened this time. 2. anyway, when it did happened, sometimes it would open more than one window (problems with my mouse), and in the second window, there would be a line below open tabs from previous session that would say something like 'synchronize with other devices' or something like that, but in that window the session restore would be disabled also. If i opened a third window, the session restore line would appear enabled; this is how I restored my tabs the last times it happened. 3. It has not happened for a while, the problem may be solved, but if you don't know the reason why it occurred or you did not make anything to solve, it means it may present again in the future
