while typing login name, every other keypress is not displayed until another key
is pressed. text is accepted, but not visible unless you type another key then
backspace, and even highlighting does not find the missing letter last input.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.netaddress.com
2. type something in the login name box SLOWLY. it only affects every other key...
3. after typing a key that does not display, another keypress will make both
visible. after typing one that does not show, try highlighting the typed text.

Actual Results:  text is not available to copy, easy to cause confusion of what
key pressed, and how many times.

Expected Results:  displayed every key pressed as it occurs, allow all text to
be selected without having to add and remove another character.
