Current inactive menubar
Currently the menu bar is unreadable in inactive windows. We should change this design.

Stephen, pointed out that this isn't really different than what we're currently shipping but would like it fixed. He will figure out what can be done to improve the legibility.

This seems to have changed at some point. Which is readable and has a distinction between active and inactive.
