Details
Using Ctrl-N does not open a new browser window when pressed
with focus on MailNews.
It works in Browser windows.

Reporter (Tobias): can you give the actual build you have tried?
I cannot reproduce this bug with 2001061720 Win32 build on WindowsME.

it is 20010607 Netscape6/6.1b1 on Windows 2000
