Gnome crashes when i hit "super" (or pointing "aplications") after excecuting gedit (or nautilus) from terminal with root privilages

Steps to reproduce:
Open a terminal and wrote
1)su -
2)gedit
3)Hit "super" button or pointed "Applications" on the top left corner
Actual results:
Gnome crashed, nothing moves. Restarted from desktop button, when logged again no bug report came up.
Expected results:
1) when hit supper, it should zoomed out the screen
2) when restarted the "Automatic bug report tool" should came up
(the first one is the big deal)

This is wrong place for reporting Gnome bugs. This Bugzilla is about Mozilla and this product specifically only for Bugzilla Software.
