Sorry must have hit return

STR Continued
If I look at the Error console I see one or more errors. Today I got
1366584558965	Services.Metrics.Provider.org.mozilla.addons	WARN	Add-on type without field: locale
(If the digits represent a Unix date it apparently is not the date of the error message)

B.) Using Mozilla's Beta I get a similar error.

I would expect to see a graphical screen probably with some FHR data.

FHR displays as expected in a recent Mozilla Nightly on Ubuntu.
FHR displays as expected if I boot into Windows 7

We do have the file but en-GB is not listed in settings.py, I made a pull request to fix that and allow the generation of the assets https://github.com/mozilla/fhr-jelly/pull/78 that should fix it
