Details

Once the mSessions list is initialized there is no way to update it. Need a way 
to update mSessions.
Why do we need to update it?

Attempting to untangle some bug dependencies here.  After discussion with
hewitt, marking this as a DUP of.84577, and moving the relevant dependencies to
that bug.
