Dev appears to be down at the moment -- I'm not sure if this is a transient error.

Steps to reproduce:
1. goto https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/

Actual:
[09:11:30.203] GET https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/ [HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error 163ms]
Firefoxflicks-dev also appears to be effected by this outage - bug 864422 should handle our needs.
