## Repro :
1. set the volume to mute using the hardware volume rocker (hardware buttons)
2. launch music
3. play a song

## Expected :
nothing is audible

## Actual :
music plays through the speakers

## Note :
1. I think bug 858745 morphed to this one?  Not sure.  I need to dive into the code to see what changed when I have a moment.

This isn't just a music bug; it's an issue with having different audio channels for the ringer and for media playback. Adjusting component.
