We'll need to verify that bleach takes care of IE conditional codes in addition to the standard bleaching that it does. If this does not happen, we'll need to write an extra function to combate conditional code (replacing square brackets with curly brackets in comments, for instance)

(the fix was a straight port of the Python code from webpagemaker to the Python code for htmlsanitizer)
