This signature showed up as the #1 crash (380 incidents) in the trunk for the 
windows platform accompanied by a handful of Linux crashes at the same 
signature. Talkback only shows the crash occurring on the 2001061309 and 061409 
builds, but this one was apparently a huge problem for a lot of users both for 
HTTP and FTP.
