When you click in the flash entryfields, they don't accept keystrokes.

It doesn't look like a focus problem since the cursor changes.

Probably something in the OnKey events in nsWindow.cpp

Wfm with Linux 2001061308. Could be OS/2 specific.

modified nsWindow.cpp/.h to use NS_PLUGIN_ACTIVATE message to give focus to plugin

I added a function - DispatchFocus - from the windows version of 
nsWindow.cpp and called it whereever windows would call the function. 
I only send the NS_PLUGIN_ACTIVATE message when the focus is going 
from a parent to a child window and the next child window ID and next 
WM_COMMAND ID are initialized.
