We need some UI for displaying/using a Tutorial within Popcorn Maker. Ideally this can be a simple HTML document created in Thimble that we load into a special editor or other new widget. Down the road it would be great if this UI and infrastructure could be shared in Thimble as well vs. having to do it twice. Initially, while we learn about how this all needs to work, it's easier to imagine and implement for Popcorn Maker, so let's start there.
