We need to have the Firefox public download page cleaned up by removing locales who have grown significantly inactive, in addition to the "Localized versions in testing" block.

The following locales should be removed:

ta - Tamil
ta-LK - Tamil Sri Lanka
zu - Zulu
son - Songhai
ak - Akan
lg - Luganda
nso - Northern Sotho
mn - Mongolian 
sw - Swahili
bn-IN - Bengali (India)
ku - Kurdish

I will take care of updating product-details tomorrow

Locales removed from product-details in r115442 and svn external on production updated in r115443. That will update all php pages with a download box. Fore /all/ which is now managed through bedrock, I don't know how to update the data there. I guess that somebody with access to the server will need to run "./manage.py update_product_details" or that the next push to production from github will trigger that command. Unassigning me from the bug as there is no extra step I can make to fix it.
