Since Bixie will rely on the Socorro back-end we're going to try putting the new webapp into the Socorro directory. We'll need to create the source code. Maybe we can fork socorro-crashstats? It will be good practice for when we pull that in.

started working on this: https://github.com/lonnen/socorro/compare/master...init-bixie I created a playdoh app, exported it without history, and put it in a top-level folder in Socorro. Git's archive command doesn't support submodules, so vendor/funfactory are not properly set up. The next step is to lift all the stuff out of vendor and put it into vendor-local (or just requirements.txt) and remove all dependency on funfactory. Then integrate this with Socorro's build infrastructure. Anyone can take this to work on, or submit horizontal PRs to my branch if they want to contribute. I realized after starting this that I can spend my time elsewhere to unblock people and parallelize Bixie development instead.
