Download is restarted after resuming a paused download
Firefox for Android 21.0b4 (2013-04-23) Device: Samsung Galaxy SII OS: Android 4.0.3 Steps to reproduce: 1.Download a file Ex: (http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-android/) 2.Open Download manager 3.Long tap on the file and press "Paused" 4.Verify in the Notifications bar that the download was paused 5.Long tap on the file in Download manager and press "Resume" 6.Verify in the Notifications bar again Expected results: The download is resumed from the point in which was paused. Actual results: The download is restarted.
I can reproduce this. This seems to happen only on the first attempt to suspend an active download (i.e, pause), and then resume. I let the download complete ~10%, paused it, resumed it and it re-started back at 0%. On second and third attempt for me, this functionality works as expected. We shouldn't be falsifying that the resume functionality. -- LG Nexus 4 (Android 4.2.2) Nightly (04/22)

Nothing really stands out. Bug 789932?
I was able to reproduce this on latest versions of Firefox with Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1).
Looks like a pretty old regression but it would be nice to fix.
Gonna remove the regression keyword since we've been shipping this for so long.
Further to the issues, when the download restarts the pause button is missing.
