this bug is about RetlanslationManager being incapable of recognizing which member of @screen collection is being used by the entity. In result it retranslates the entity on each change to @screen, instead of just reacting to the members that are used.
We've moved very far away from 1.0.x thinking about globals. We'll revisit it in another form as we get to globals in 3.x
