steps to reproduce:
1. Start the purchase flow for a paid app
2. In the bango confirmation screen, notice the "Msg & Data rates may apply" text is a link
3. Click on it
expected behavior:
Based on mocks, "Msg & Data rates may apply" is not a link.
observed behavior:
- "Msg & Data rates may apply" is a link
- Clicking on it, loads a screen with error message- "The system cannot find the file specified"
