steps to reproduce:
1. Compare the attached screenshot to the mocks @ https://www.dropbox.com/s/31h5rx6gl694g0h/Marketplace_Payments_Bango_Flows_040113.pdf


observed behavior:
- Is it CVV or CVC?
- Heading for the screen is different
- Remember card selection box looks different
- App developer name is missing
- etc :)

Cuts deep.  In my defence:
- It can be either - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Card_security_code
- You don't pass the the developer name in the billing configuration, so we can't put it on the screen

Will change the title and the checkbox :)

Check next to "Save card" is a Gaia component that can be found in the "Common controls" PSD here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/UX/Design_asset_library

Developer name is now on the available on test

Comparing to https://bug865342.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=743144, we still need to 

a) Add the "includes taxes" text
b) Update "Remember card" to "Save card"
c) Developer name still doesn't show up
d) Heading still says "Confirm Payment"
