Steps to reproduce:

after resuming from suspend, any open flash videos in firefox are frozen and do not work.

What do you mean with suspend? Suspend to RAM/disk for the PC?
It's only the Flash content that's broken in these pages?
Do they work again after reloading the page?

Cannot reproduce on FF28 using latest version of Flash Player.
I used the standard system monitor.
