Tested in unagi with Gecko-a378fd4.Gaia-79f122d from v1.0.1 and AU_LINUX_GECKO_ICS_STRAWBERRY_V1.01.00.01.19.072 QC RIL.

STR:
1- flash.sh
2- load-ril.sh qc
3- Go through FTE (Data connection screen is not shown)
4- Open settings

Expected result --> Below Cellular & Data you have to see the carrier name
Actual result --> Below Cellular & Data you see SIM card not ready

Although you´re registered on the network:

This is working for me in Ikura with latest COM_RIL and everything works fine. Can we re-test with a more recent COM_RIL (I am guessing there might be RIL/Gecko compatibility issues here): qawanted for testing that.

Please reopen and renominate if this still occurs.

Retested in unagi with Gecko-fd004d7.Gaia-10ec5e2 from v1.0.1 and  AU_LINUX_GECKO_ICS_STRAWBERRY_V1.01.00.01.019.091 QC RIL and working fine.
