They needs a bit of a tweak to reflect the revised status of the app and required configurations to get it running locally.

Will get review from :k88hudson as she tried to use the updated instructions to integrate login.webmaker.org into webmaker.org.
Hoping this is all we need to get rocking on the integrations...
