Today, while investigating a shutdown crash on my nightly, I realized that it was due to webapps.sqlite still being open when xpcom-shutdown-threads is received, which triggers Bug 704030's MOZ_CRASH().

This seems to be 100% reproducible on my nightly. I have not investigated further.
Is it the "webappsstore.sqlite" file?
I think this isn't the right component for this bug (the webappsstore.sqlite file contains DOM storage data).
