If you're complaining about it ignoring <marquee> tags, thats probably because
<marquee> is not standards-compliant HTML (it's a stupid "feature" microsoft
added in their browser)
Maybe you could elaborate a bit on the problems you're having with this and ILAYER?

This is _not_ mozillatranslator. Some more information on what the bug is would
be nice.

My assumption is that the reporter means that the <marquee> tag does not work in
Mozilla. As Jason suspected, this isn't standards compliant. I'll attach a
simple page demonstrating the Marquee tag in action for those who have IE and
Mozilla on the same machine. Works in IE, not in Mozilla.
Is it a bug, though? I think not. Marking INVALID.
