865877 - [Facebook] "Install" button in the Message window does not function.

Repro Steps:
1. Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130425070201
2. Install the Facebook app from the marketplace.
3. Open the Facebook app and log into a valid account.
4. Tap on the "Messages" icon in the top of the app.
5. Tap on the "Install" button in the bottom of the "Message" window.

Actual Results:
The user is not brought to an install page for the Facebook Messenger app.

Expected Results:
When the user clicks on the install button, the user will be prompted to install the Facebook Messenger app from the Marketplace/ the button will be removed if it is not intending to have the app.

This was reported to the developer during the initial review by the App Review team.  Fix may depend on bug 843877.

It probably is fixed by bug 843877 probably. We need to retest this with bug 843877 landed on all branches now.

Verified that install button no longer displays, but I am running into different errors now that I'll file separately.
