If I have built firefox source code, and now I want to only do one source code fix, at the same time, bump the version.txt and milestone.txt 's number, I found that all the source code will be rebuilt.

I think the behaviour is not so good, which will waste a lot of time even if only few code is changed.

The better way is : after building once, change very few source codes and bump version.txt and milestone.txt number, when building it again, only cause the modified source code and *.rc being rebuilt.
