This happens when the frontmost browser window is on an attached LoDPI screen, and the user creates a new window. That new window, when dragged back to a HiDPI screen still has rough bottom corners.
Do you want to fix this or should I?

I didn't think about this yet. Just put filled a bug report here for later use. I think very few people will notice that, so in my opinion, it's not a priority. But if you know were/how to fix it quickly, please do. For now I'm investigating 865702 and 679598.
I'll fix this when bug 676241 has landed.
