Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a H.264 high resolution video.(http://people.mozilla.org/~cpeterson/videos/H264_High_Profile_Level_40_1920x1080p.mp4)

Expected result:
Video loads and starts playing and does not crash the browser

Actual result:
Video does not load and crashes the browser

It seems p3 HW is not as good as that. See also bug 802827 comment 57.

It's usually the codename of the processor but for Galaxy Tab 10.1 it should have been Harmony already blocklisted (see http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=cpu&id=a20t&c=nvidia_tegra_2_250_t20).
