Environment:
Build: Firefox for Android 23.0a1 (2013-04-25)
Device: Asus Transformer TF101
OS: Android 4.0.3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a H.264 video.(hhttp://people.mozilla.org/~cpeterson/videos/H264_Baseline_Profile_Level_30_640x360p.mp4)

Expected result:
Video loads and starts playing and does not crash the browser

Actual result:
Video does not load at all.(please see attached ddms logs)

Note: I've tried to isolate the issue caught in logs by filtering after fennec PID, and begin recording only after pasting the link in the url bar.
Issue reproduces on Acer Iconia	A500(android 3.2.1) also.
