Thimble finally has a remix ribbon baked into published projects! hurray! Now it needs some UI decisions made on what it's actually supposed to look like, especially if Thimble ends up embedded "under" something like webmaker-nav, or another toolbar.

The styling right now is a github-esque ribbon with friendlycode "blue" button styling.
remix button was a stopgap solution pending a real solution. That real solution has been implemented =)
