newly implemented download manager list doesn't show all downloads

Steps to reproduce:

I downloaded four files. 


Actual results:

Every time when download finishes the 'mini download manager's button just turns green to indicate about new downloads. But this list doesn't show more than three files


Expected results:

A small scroll bar can be provided so that we can see all downloaded files from here itself.
ANOTHER POINT.. if i close the browser now and reopen it, it will just show me link to 'show all downloads' instead of showing list of all downloads here itself with scroll bar to list all files.
