The following files need to be translated into Swedish:

This file contains a series of javascript statements defining resource strings
that need to be translated:

var rcValidCustomizePrompt

Also, the remainder of the HTML in the file needs to be translated. Do not
change the values of the OPTIONS however.


The remainder of the files to be translated are in plain/text format. In order
to have mail clients automatically wrap emails, paragraphs do *not* contain
newlines.

Also, variables in the form $variablename$ should not be translated.

I suggest changing:

"Din webbserver förhandlar inte bakåtkompatibliteten till SSL 3.0 på rätt sätt"

to

"Din webbserver erbjuder inte bakåtkompabilitet med SSL 3.0 på rätt sätt".

The first translation is of course more correct "word by word", but the latter
one is IMHO less weird Swedish.

I also suggest changing:

"Vänligen uppgradera din webbserver till en version som korrekt implementerar
SSL 3.0 fallback negotiation."

"Vänligen uppgradera din webbserver till en version som korrekt implementerar
bakåtkompabilitet med SSL 3.0."

Meningen:

"Information om TLS/SSL 3.0 Intolerant Servers"

borde väl ändras till:

"Information om TLS/SSL 3.0-intoleranta servrar."

Other than that it looks fine.

What is the status of this translation? Has it been reviewed? Even if it is out
of date should we check it in anyway?

matti, I don't think so. It has been a long time and the landscape has changed drastically since 2002.

Thanks for the answer Bob.
I agree, the things changed and we have 20% market share. Every new site should work with Firefox because the developers care about it.

There is only bad Firefox sniffing (for Seamonkey and Camino) and some countries with high IE usage left for evangelism.

I will go to all the old Evangelism bugs and try to close bugs.
I mark this wontfix because this is no longer needed.
