86670 - Changing default Background color while a page is downloading => crash

Steps to reproduce (checked with latest nightly as of today):
1. Go to a page which should take some time to load...
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Appearance: Colors > Background and change the color.
3. Click OK.

Result: Crash (Segmentation fault).

It definitely happens, though not every time.  If I can manage to remember to
write down the talkback number next time I'll do it.

This should indeed be fixed, and a stacktrace would help alot. But unfortunately
this isn't critical enough at this point for me to spend any time on it, trying
for mozilla1.1, is this linux only?

No, Its MS as well.  I'll try to get a stack trace as soon as I get the source
recompiled, and then I may also have a solution.  How do I get a talkback ID on
windows?

When a talkback build crashes you usually get a dialog where it shows you status
for each talkbackreport it's sending or has sent, that dialog gives you the
talkback ID, that's the only way I know of :-)

I managed to get it to happen in the debugger.  It looks like it's going to be
tricky to trace.

It's crasing in the frame construction code, over to layout for further
investiagion.

Nice. That reproduces a top crash, that is reachable by other (undefined) 
conditions. Duping against the top crash bug, and will add comments there.
