Steps to reproduce:

Enable the Youtube HTML5 player: www.youtube.com/html5
Watch a Youtube video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=jDPIpLEiECU
Change the playback rate.
Return to the normal playback rate.

Same issue when using the media API with the HTMLVideoElement


Actual results:

Playback rate stay at the previous level


Expected results:

Playback should go back to the previous level
I can reproduce it on

it only work if you switch between speed different from "Normal".
