Details

It would be nice if each theme included a small version of each toolbar button
in addition to the normal-sized buttons.  This would be useful for fixing:

68136 Mozilla should have a Full-screen mode
62444 [rfe] pref for size of images on navigation toolbar buttons

this was filed yesterday as well -  bug 86455 - marked dup of bug 62444.

I filed this bug to track the fact that having smaller icons is needed to fix
two different bugs, which don't depend on each other.  Also, it's possible that
the best person to create new icons isn't also the best person to fix either of
those bugs.
this is already in the plans for modern, btw.  not too far down the road
