Reproducible on the latest Nightly (BuildID: 20130430030941): 
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Firefox and go to about:healthreport
2. Click on Raw Data
3. Click on Glossary button
4. Right click on Configuration and select Open Link in New Tab
5. Go in the New Tab and set Data Sharing to OFF.
6. Refresh the page.

Expected results: Data Sharing is set to the selected option and there is some information regarding Configuration metric.

Actual results: Data Sharing remains to ON after refreshing the page and no info is available in the new window.

Notes:
1. This happens with the other 3 metrics (Customizations, Performance, Wear and Tear)
2. The issue reproduces on Windows XP x32 and Ubuntu 12.04 x32 as well.

We should prevent opening links in about:healthreport outside of the chrome wrapper that enables this to work.

about:healthreport changed per bug 1209088 and the glossary went away.
