User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20130409194949 Steps to reproduce: I reinstalled the most updated Flash plug in, and the problem persisted. This only started within the last 2 days. Most recently I uninstalled the current version of Flash, and installed the 10.3 version. Actual results: The current Flash version seems to be working, but I have to force it to work, meaning I have to click the image to get the Flash to operate properly. Expected results: I would like the most updated version of Flash to work, but nothing seems to help it along.
Please note that the most recent version of Flash keeps crashing my browser. It freezes everything up and if I am fortunate, I will receive a message stating the plug in crashed, though this does not happen every time.
Please reboot your computer. We have a known issue if multiple versions of Flash are present at the same time, and rebooting will normally remove the old version. Otherwise, please provide links to your crashes from the about:crashes page.

In addition to providing crash IDs with the latest Flash version, can you test in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?
