+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #863301 +++ specifically we'll be connecting to LDAP from a node.js server running in our AWS environment. This is an elastic IP owned by mozilla. From behind this IP We'll be performing LDAP binduser actions to verify passwords. This is a temporary requirement to support iterative refinement of the mozilla IdP and support the addition of Persona support to internal mozilla applications.
No longer depends on: 863301
Once this gets an ack from opsec we'll go ahead and add the IP

I have added 54.235.97.83 to the protection class for LDAP. Please make sure that you're connecting using TLS.
